Before you apply for cover for your appliances, we just need to check a few things...

• Are all your appliances outside their manufacturer warranty?
• Have you checked your appliances are not already covered elswhere?
• Are all your appliances owned by you and less than seven years old?
• Are you looking to cover your appliances against breakdown caused by mechanical or electrical failure?

Once you have created your quote you can purchase cover immediately, or if you prefer you can have your quote emailed to you and pick up from where you left off within 14 days. Once you purchased cover your online warranty account will be created automatically and your policy documentation will be emailed to you immediately. From within your online warranty account, you can view all your policy purchases and raise a claim in the event you need help.

Please note: If you raise a claim outside the 28 day exclusion period and less than 90 days, you will be charged a £99 excess to raise a claim.

No problem! You can amend your home address from within your online warranty account, or just call us and we will do it for you. If you are taking your covered appliances with you to your new home, they will still be covered. If you’re leaving them behind, then call us and we will cancel the policies and stop collecting premium from you.
